The property extends over approximately 5,000 square meters and includes 4 independent structures:
La Ferme (280m2),
Le Fenil (189m2),
Le Grenier (20m2) and
The Bread Oven.
Originally built in 1886, the present owner acquired the property in 1998, at which time it had been unoccupied for more than 45 years. A major restoration and transformation project was accomplished with the fervent desire to preserve the authenticity and soul of this rare and beautiful place. In an effort to respect the antique charm of the farm and the traditional architecture of the Savoyard region, only the most authentic materials were used.
The interior design and furnishings were all carefully chosen in the spirit of the original farm.
Exposed wooden beams, old stone walls, aged hardwood floors and furnishings, au¬thentic furnaces and chimneys and antique iron claw-¬foot bathtubs all create a unique and cozy atmosphere, where you will also find all the comforts of home.
Be seduced by the rustic simplicity of this peaceful haven.
