Between Sault and Aurel,
in an incredible natural environment in the middle of lavender fields, a beautiful charming stone house composed of a main house and two cottages on a plot of 3200 m2.
The main house of 160 m2 opens onto a pretty hall that serves on the one hand
the kitchen of 15 m2 which opens directly onto a large terrace with a biodynamic pergola to enjoy nature in all seasons,
on the other hand the master bedroom of 30 m2 with its bathroom and toilet
and finally in a row a dining room of 28 m2 open to a pretty living room of 23 m2 with insert and covered terrace. The dining room benefits from a high ceiling and a cozy mezzanine living room of 17 m2.
A second bedroom of 16 m2 with its bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, a third large bedroom of 36 m2 (possibility to share it in two bedrooms) with terrace and bathroom and toilet.
From inside the house, we go down to the laundry room, the boiler room and the garage of 53 m2 which gives access to several cellars.
The large cottage of 245 m2 (oldest part) consists of many rooms with a very large kitchen, two large living rooms, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two independent entrances, a small private garden, a large terrace.
The small cottage of 52 m2 (oldest part) consists of a kitchen, a living room, a small dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with an independent entrance.
Swimming pool for part (subject to request).
Sanitation to standards.
Not isolated because it benefits from a close neighbor, this building has the charm of old houses that have grown over time.
The garden is not big but the dominant view opens from all sides to make us enjoy the countryside. From pretty courtyard to pretty courtyard we enjoy private spaces, a vegetable garden for our aromatic plants, a sun lounger to read in privacy, Provence is simply declined in notes of happiness.
It is aimed at nature lovers who can enjoy nature by receiving their friends or by renting the two cottages.
Refreshment work is possibly to be planned in the two cottages. Complete photo file on request.

The eye is caught by nature... The village is not far away... The sweetness of life is there...'
