Fee schedule

Our fees are fixed at 6% including VAT, VAT included at the rate of 20% (unless special prior agreement specified in the mandate).

As part of a sales mandate, the fees are borne by the seller. This remuneration includes all the services necessary for the valuation of the property: promotion and targeted dissemination, organization and follow-up of visits, conduct of negotiations, constitution and follow-up of the sale file.

As part of a research mandate, fees are due by the purchaser. They cover the selection and personalized search of properties according to established criteria, accompanied visits as well as support during negotiations until the acquisition is completed.
